Plastisol coating is the application of a thermoplastic poly-vinyl compound (PVC.)  This rubber-like finish is used for many functions such as chemical resistance for battery brackets and cushion protection for material handling components.  Our manual dip process is great for specialty applications where a thick durable coating is needed on odd sized parts.  Our powder plastisol is great for thinner film applications.
